Handmade leather and brass hip pouch

These bags are hand made with vegetable tanned leather (more eco friendly than chrome/chemical tanned leather) harness on the body and bridle leather for the straps, the leather is from one of the last American tanneries using the vegetable tanning process. This leather has plenty of oils and waxes added during the tanning process and so should not need much conditioning, they will shine up and soften and darken over time with use. These bags are partially hand sewn and partially machine sewn (still the same pair of hands using the machine!). The hardware is solid brass and the rivets are copper and set by hand. This particular bag is my favorite and I carry it daily, can be worn as a hip pouch/Fanny pack or across the body
