Made from steamed, first flush leaves this tea brews up soft and floral. It is newly developed tea from Kagoshima Japan.
Brew this tea gently at 175 degrees for 3 minutes. We use about 2 tsp per 8 oz. You can also cold brew this green tea for a lovely but slightly different flavor.
